Tribe Body is a great studio! Great teachers! If you don’t want to travel to New York to take the highest level of dance, you don’t have to. Just go to Tribe Body! You will receive the highest level of proficiency with teachers who will give you the personal attention you will never get in New York. Having been a dancer my whole life, this is one of the only studios to provide a class for me that gives me the dance workout and choreography I can’t get anywhere else.

Fantastic instructors, great variety and calm setting.

Tribe classes are exhilarating and so much more than a workout. The instructors bring the music to life and draw out the dancer in everyone! And, it just so happens, it’s a most wonderful workout.

I wish I came years ago. Felt very welcome instantly. I want to do well because I felt good being there.

The level of dance instruction is superior. The dancers don’t just learn one dance for a year end performance but rather learn how to dance in all styles. The environment is supportive and collaborative and is lead by excellent talented teachers who place the emphasis on learning and mastering dance and foster a positive environment. Tribe also brings in nationally recognized choreographers to work with the dancers and expand their repertoire of dance styles! We are am super grateful to be part of such an exceptional dance studio!

Tribe Body offers a variety of classes that appeal to all levels of dance and fitness. The classes are given by top notch instructors who motivate and inspire without judgement. Immaculate studio that is welcoming to all.

I love TRIBE! I have been going to the studio for 8 years. It’s always a great workout. Such a beautiful/clean space too! Love dancing with my friends there. I miss going to the studio so much (can’t go right now due to Corona/quarantine) but the online dance classes are keeping me connected and sane. Tracy and Sophia are amazing! They always give it their all – nothing compares to a great dance workout. Thank you for ALL you do!

Yesterday was my daughters first class at Tribe. The studio was clean, everyone was friendly and helpful, and she loved the class!

I love Tribe! Everyone is so friendly and exceptionally skilled. The aerial hammock classes are so fun and a great way to get some exercise.

We’ve recently joined Tribe and I’ve been very impressed by the teachers and the staff in general. Very welcoming, professional, warm and friendly. My daughter loves her classes!

I enjoyed the work out made me feel positive, in this time of the covid 19 pandemic. I have been spreading the word to go join you virtual work out. ☺️

I love everything about Tribe! It is a sisterhood of women whose passion is dance. We are here for each other to celebrate the good times & to be there for each other during the challenging times in life! Throughout it all, Tracy and all of her teachers do everything possible to take care of us physically, socially & emotionally. Currently to survive this situation, she has reached out to us through Virtual Dance classes. They are truly our silver lining in our days. I can’t thank Tracy, Sky, Sophia & Marie enough for their creativity, patience and dedication to being there for all of us. We love & appreciate all of them!! I thought the dancers and itinerary were awesome. My daughter felt a little isolated however, and while I realize it’s hard to bond with people over a few days, perhaps there could be some more interaction or making sure the kids are having fun together and not just in their own little cliques.

I had a lot of fun at the beginner jazz class and am looking forward to going again!

I took Sophia’s lyrical class. She was so wonderful and patient. She took the time to review and explain the choreography so everyone felt comfortable.

The dance teachers you have are simply the best- creating a space where our girls are not only growing as dancers, but as people.

Excellent registration process; great studio vibes; highly informative teacher

I took the beginner aerial silks class and it was great! I was nervous as I’ve never tried this before but the instructor was very kind and made everyone feel comfortable no matter what their previous experience was. I was surprised at how much we were able to accomplish in just the first class!

So excited to take a virtual class, it was awesome! I was also surprised how seamless it was with very minor technical difficulties. I loved it!! Thank you!
