Getting Started

At Tribe Body we carefully design our menu of dance and exercise offerings to support the needs of our growing client base. All of our classes and fitness techniques focus on creating strength in the body, mind, heart and spirit. We also want you to have fun - when ever possible.

We cultivate mind-body exercise classes that serve the client with challenging physical workouts. Our goal is to leave you feeling full of vitality and energy.

Tribe Body offers over 60 classes per week across several exercise disciplines including: Dance, Core Training, Zumba, Yoga, Pilates and other unique and innovative classes and workshops.

Where to start?

Well that’s up to you but don’t be surprised with where you end up. As you know, classes that appeal to women may not be right for men. Our male clients tend to take Yoga and Core classes rather than dance and Pilates for example

Many members start with a class type that they feel comfortable with and often move into other classes that they could have never imagined taking. That’s part of what makes Tribe Body special – lots of choices.

Our classes are organized into three categories:

  • Dance
  • Pilates & Yoga
  • Core & Strength

* The core & strength category includes a number of innovative and unique exercise experiences that you will not find any where else.

Dance

Dance classes are about moving your feet and body to great music and choreography. Dance can effectively promote good health by improving cardiovascular fitness, strengthening the muscles, increasing circulation, decreasing blood pressure, lowering the risk of coronary heart disease, reducing stress, and many other positive benefits. Dance has an outstanding positive effect on both physical and psychological well-being by raising the endorphins or so called feel good chemicals. All prospective clients are welcome to join any dance class which meets their experience and comfort level. Please drop-in at least 5 minutes ahead of the class time to become acquainted with the studio and meet your teacher.

Pilates & Yoga

Pilates and Yoga classes attract people that want a more serene experience that emphasizes continuous body movement. Both disciplines represent a spiritual and scientific system of physical and mental practices that emphasize the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. All prospective clients are welcome to join any mat or yoga class which meets their experience and comfort level. Please drop-in at least 5 minutes ahead of the class time to become acquainted with the studio and meet your teacher.

Core & Strength Training

Tribe Body also offers several classes that combine disciplines to create rigorous and rewarding workouts for men and women. All prospective clients are welcome to join any core class which meets their experience and comfort level. Please drop-in at least 5 minutes ahead of the class time to become acquainted with the studio and meet your teacher.

Decision Time

To get started you need to decide on your first class and purchase a class card or pay the drop in rate. We also offer specials from time to time and exciting introductory offers! Please check our website.
